Job Description
Masters in Green Building / Landscape (highly preferable but not mandatory)
Work on schools, housing, hospital projects
As much and as diverse BIM experience in complex projects as possible.
Familiarity / past living experience with climate and culture in Delhi.
Interested in long term growth in the studio (ideally not planning Masters, or any other personal movement at this point)
Familiarity with quick turnaround of projects while maintaining design quality

Roles and Responsibilities
Leading multiple mid to large scale projects (20,000 to 1,00,000 sqft) from concept to construction stage
BIM lead in studio , Production of relevant stage drawings using BIM pipeline.
Client interface
Collaboration with both internal and consultant teams for various services.
Coordination with Quantity Surveyor, familiarity with BOQs
Good knowledge of services and construction detailing.
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Timely handover of projects.
